Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the software must be inactivated. Given the nature of digital items, we are not able to offer a refund once you have activated the software.

Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund. We really appreciate your feedback and we will use this to update and improve our software.
